Customer Reviews
Obsessed with my new plant!
I just received my Upright Elephant Ear and I am absolutely in love with it! It arrived in perfect condition, super healthy and much bigger than I expected for the price. The packaging was genius, kept it safe and sound. I'm already planning my next order, probably a rare plant this time. Definitely telling all my plant-loving friends about Prickle!
Healthy plant, good delivery
Ordered a ZZ Plant. Arrived in good condition. Packaging was secure. Delivery was on time. Plant looks healthy. Happy with the purchase.
Nice Peace Lily, minor pot issue
I bought a Peace Lily and a ceramic pot from Prickle. The plant itself is very healthy and green, looks great in my living room. Shipping took about a week, which was reasonable. My only slight complaint is that the ceramic pot had a tiny chip on the rim. It's not super noticeable once the plant is in, but it was there. Overall, I'm satisfied with the plant and the service, but maybe they could double-check the pots before sending them out.
Consistent quality, reliable service
This was my third order from Prickle, and they're always reliable. I got a Snake Plant this time, and it arrived just as healthy and well-packaged as my previous Fiddle Leaf Fig and Aloe Vera. It took 5 days to reach Denver this time, which is pretty standard for them. I keep coming back because I know what to expect – good quality plants that survive the journey.
Great value on a Calathea
I was looking for a Calathea and saw Prickle had a good price, especially with the first-time buyer discount. The plant arrived well-protected and looks vibrant. I always try to find the best deal, and this purchase felt like good value for money. It's a healthy plant, and the overall cost was certainly competitive compared to other places I checked. It was worth it.
Good plant, quick delivery
I ordered a Monstera Deliciosa from Prickle a few weeks ago. It got here pretty fast, like 4 days to get to my place in California. The plant was packed well, no dirt spilling out or anything. It's looking good, already put out a new leaf. Happy with it.

Hey, thinking of getting a few plants from Prickle. Does anyone know if their 'first order' discount applies to everything, or are there exclusions? Trying to snag a big Monstera and some pots.
What's the deal with returns if a plant shows up looking kinda sad or damaged? Are they good about replacing them?
Does Prickle actually have rare plants? Or is it just the usual stuff marketed as rare? Looking for something a bit more unusual.
Trying to choose between Prickle and Patch Plants for a new Fiddle Leaf Fig. Anyone got experience with both? Who has better quality or care info?
Anyone ordered from Prickle to like, Manchester or a northern city? Wondering how long delivery actually takes. Don't want my new plant babies stuck in transit for ages.
